Here’s some inspiration for enjoying your Moore’s Blood Orange gin—a local favorite,
crafted with care and dedication on the Central Coast of NSW, just like our furniture.

Blood Orange & Watermelon Sour

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 ml Moore’s Blood Orange Gin
  • 10 ml Aperol
  • 60 ml watermelon juice
  • 25 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml raspberry syrup
  • 15 ml egg white (or alternative foamer)

METHOD

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients
  2. Dry shake (without ice)
  3. Wet shake (with ice) for 10-12 seconds
  4. Double strain into a coupe glass
  5. Garnish with a dehydrated blood orange wheel (or a watermelon wedge)

Blood Orange Gin & Tonic

INGREDIENTS

  • 30 ml Moore’s Blood Orange Gin
  • 100 ml Tonic water 

METHOD

  1. Measure the ingredients over ice into a highball glass
  2. Garnish with an orange slice (preferably blood orange) and a bay leaf
