Investa's 347 Kent Street in the Sydney CBD western corridor needed speculative suites that could attract tenants without a fitout of their own. Burgtec provided a single-source loose furniture and workstations package across four floors of suites on an 8-week program per stage, working through several different colour palettes so each suite read as a distinct space. Built by Girvan Group for TSA Management on Investa's behalf, the suites pair polished concrete, feature carpet and layered textures to give a turnkey workspace.
