With so many impressive displays at Design Show Australia (DSA), it was a great feeling to bring home this award once again and see local innovation celebrated.

Held at the ICC Sydney in October 2022, following the Melbourne event in February 2022 – Australia’s premier Design event, DSA (formerly known as ‘DENFAIR’) – brings together the Architecture and Interiors community like no other occasion, showcasing fresh inspiration and new products from manufacturers, suppliers, and studios of all sizes. If you didn’t get to DSA this year, you don’t have to miss out on the latest ideas. Here’s three standout solutions from the Burgtec space that earned it the ‘Best in Show’ award for it’s category.

Relaxation: Australia’s first MindSpa

There’s no other way to understand the unique effect of this booth than to experience it first-hand, so DSA was the perfect opportunity for thousands of guests to take MindSpa for a test drive. And we had our favourite responses yet – most came out so zen they would have stayed for hours.

Collaboration: Introducing Rosie

A surprise launch from Thinking Works and Burgtec, Rosie was the icing on the cake.

In 2022 with the world ‘returning to work’ in an unexplored fashion, we realised we needed a new table solution to satisfy the emerging hybrid, flexible styles of working. So we went to the table specialists. Starting with a foot-‘ring-around’, from there Rosie grew into a unique suite of modular tables and accessories for smart collaboration.
