Liverpool Civic Place, completed for Liverpool Council in 2024, is a new build spanning six floors of offices and four floors of library area. Burgtec supplied the entire workstation and loose furniture package, working alongside builder Built and specifiers Group GSA and FJC to design a bespoke solution with custom finishes throughout. Delivery ran in two ten-week stages, keeping the fit-out aligned with the wider construction program across a civic building that serves both council staff and the public.
