Gold Coast Council's Bundall Office Campus refurbishment brought 18 floors back to life in 2025, and Burgtec supplied the entire workstation and loose furniture package. Working with builder Shape and specifier Bearspace, we delivered more than 4,900 chairs, 2,100 workstations, 500 tables, 500 storage units and 750 lounges across three stages and three colour palettes — each stage landing on an eight-week program. The scale demanded tight coordination and consistent quality run after run, so every floor handed over ready for staff to walk in and start work.
