Burgtec is proud to have supplied the workstation and furniture package for the groundbreaking NextSense Centre for Innovation at Macquarie University. Delivered by ADCO, this state-of-the-art facility serves as the national headquarters for NextSense, supporting over 260 allied health professionals, teachers, researchers, and specialist staff.
Purpose-built with accessibility and sustainability at its core, the centre has been designed to support individuals with hearing and vision loss while fostering collaboration and innovation.
Spanning 5 floors, the furniture supplied by Burgtec for the offices, classrooms, meeting rooms and reception complements this vision, creating functional and welcoming spaces that enhance productivity and comfort for the staff, students and visitors alike.
Sustainability was another cornerstone of the project, targeting a NABERS 4.5 Star and Green Star 5 Star rating.
